• 1 cup organic parsley leaves
• 1 cup organic coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon organic mint leaves
• 2 tablespoons RAW organic tahini
• 2 tablespoons organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 tablespoon RAW organic extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves organic garlic (freshly crushed)
• 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until well blended.
2. Adjust the seasonings to your preference.
