Apple Cider Vinegar Blueberry & Ginger Shrub

Serves 12

150g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
120ml Water
120ml Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
80ml Raw Pure Blossom Honey
½ tbsp fresh grated ginger

1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until liquefied (about 1 min).
2) Pour into a glass jar and place in fridge for 1-2 days before serving. Over time the vinegar flavour will lessen.
3) Serve about 2 tablespoons with a cup of soda water. Use as much or as little shrub in your drink as you like.
