1 wholegrain wrap
Hummus
RAW Fresh Sauerkraut - Ginger and Lemon
Romaine or red leaf lettuce
½ a sliced cucumber
Sliced chestnut mushrooms
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Sliced pink radish
1. Spread the hummus on the wrap.
2. Top with sauerkraut and all other ingredients in the centre of the wrap.
3. Roll up tightly and slice in half. Serve and enjoy!
