Seasonal Vegan Apple Yoghurt Bowl

Serves 1

RAW Tropical Forest Honey
1 Gala apple
1 tbsp golden raisins
ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
2 cups plant-based yoghurt
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp RAW Cashew Butter
Sprinkle of RAW Chia Seeds

1. Begin by preheating your oven to 200/180C fan.

2. In a small bowl, make your crumble by combining the oats, protein powder, honey and cashew butter. Once fully mixed, spread an even layer across a baking tray and place in the oven for 12-15 mins or until golden brown.

3. Next, start making your cinnamon apple by chopping an apple into small chunks and placing them into a small pot with the honey, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and 60ml of water, then boil for 16-18 mins over low heat.

4. Once your crumble has baked and your apples are finished boiling, set aside to cool.

5. In a large bowl, scoop in the yoghurt and cinnamon apple mixture, top with the crumble and a drizzle of honey.

6. Finally, you are ready to enjoy this delicious breakfast, and you can even sprinkle on a handful of chia seeds for an extra gut-health boost.
