Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Serves 2

240g coconut yoghurt
Double shot espresso
80ml soy milk
2 tsp RAW Acacia Flower Honey
3 tbsp RAW Organic Black Chia Seeds
1 tbsp cacao

1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until fully combined.
2. Transfer the mixture into a container and place into the fridge to set for 3 hours.
3. Finally you are ready to enjoy a gut-friendly treat.
