Serves 1
450g carrot
150g pineapple
80g orange
80g mango
15g ginger root
5g turmeric root
⅛ of lime
Dash of RAW Apple Cider Vinegar
1. Wash and dry all ingredients.
2. Peel and cut up all fruit and veg so they will be small enough to place in a juicer.
3. Put the cut ingredients into the juicer with a dash of apple cider vinegar.
4. Once processed, strain the juice and pour the juice into a glass. The drink is even better chilled! But remember to consume within 24 hours
