Serves 1-2 bowls
3 frozen bananas (peeled prior to freezing)
190 g frozen blueberries
2 tbsp RAW chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
160ml plant-based milk
Handful of blackberries
Handful of blueberries
Chopped pistachios
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend the ingredients until a thick and smoothie consistency forms. If needed, add more plant-based milk to get the blender moving. 3. 3. However, remember that more liquid creates a thinner smoothie while less liquid creates a thicker smoothie.
4. Transfer the smoothie to the bowl(s). Top with blackberries, blueberries, chopped pistachios, more RAW chia seeds, and any other topping
