Serves 2
PANCAKES:
150g buckwheat flour
35g oat flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp RAW Orange Blossom honey
1 tbsp orange juice
zest of 1 orange
100ml almond milk
SAUCE:
2 tbsp RAW Orange Blossom Honey
1½ tbsp RAW Cocoa Brazilnut Bliss
Water to thin as needed
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Orange slices and strawberries
1. For the pancakes, add in all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until batter forms.
2. Spray your pan lightly with your favourite cooking spray and turn on stove on medium-high. Cook pancakes, around 1-2 minutes on each side.
3. For the sauce, mix the honey with chocolate spread until combined. Then gradually mix in water a splash at a time until a pourable consistency is reached.
4. Top and garnish your pancakes however you like and enjoy!
