4 Brioche buns
4 Vegan Bonsan Organic Kofu Sausages
dijon mustard
150g RAW Fresh Sauerkraut - Jalapeno and Chilli
8 small radishes, thinly sliced
Micro Herbs, to top
Start lightly toasting your hot dog rolls.
While those are toasting, heat your Bonsan Kofu sausages according to the package directions.
Then assemble: start with a thin layer of mustard, then sausage, sauerkraut, radish and micro herbs.
Serve and enjoy!
