135g The Collective Kefir
50ml plant milk
3 Tbsp RAW Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp RAW Honey
A handful of dried cranberries
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
1. Add the kefir, chia seeds, honey, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.
2. Cover the mixing bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 5 hours.
3. To serve, spoon the chilled pudding into serving cups and layer in the dried cranberries.
4. Dust with cinnamon and top with pecans.
