Serves 6
250g fresh whole cranberries
60ml water
4 tbsp RAW Acacia Flower Honey
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp RAW Black Chia Seeds
1. Place a small saucepan over a medium heat and add the fresh cranberries and water. Cook until it starts to boil. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until all of the berries ‘pop’ and split open. If any berries are still not opened, squish them with a fork against the side of the saucepan.
2. Add in the orange juice and honey, and stir.
3. Add in the chia seeds and mix until they're well-incorporated in the berry mixture. Let this sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens up.
4.Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. This will keep for about 2 weeks, but it’s so delicious that it definitely won’t last that long!
