Serves 4
1 cantaloupe melon
1 medium cucumber
Quarter of a red onion,
4-5 breakfast radishes, washed and finely sliced
2 tbsp chopped mint
A good pinch of chilli flakes
70g feta, crumbled
1 tbsp RAW ACV
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Start to prepare your ingredients by washing the cucumber and make into strips using a peeler,
2. Continue preparing your ingredients by deseeding your cantaloupe melon, cutting it into wedges, removing ribs, and then thinly slicing. Then start to finely slice a quarter of red onion and some radishes.
3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly into a bowl, including your ACV and seasonings for taste.
4. Finally, you are ready to dish out and serve to guests!
