Serves 2/3
2 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup RAW chia seeds
1 tablespoon RAW honey
Top with chopped mango, passionfruit, pomegrante seeds and coconut flakes
1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds and coconut milk and honey and stir until fully combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours up to overnight.
3. When ready to serve, garnish with suggested fruit and coconut toppings.
