9 medjool dates
6 tbsp RAW Almond Butter
2 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Flaked sea salt
1. Using a knife, cut down one side the date lengthwise. Then use your fingers to gently pull out the pit.
2. Take a spoonful of almond butter and add it to the centre of the date, where you just removed the pit.
3. Top with chocolate chunks and sea salt. Enjoy as an easy, gut-friendly sweet treat.
