Gut-Friendly Apple Granola

2 medium apple
100g oats
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp RAW Chia Seeds
30ml coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
pinch salt

For serving:
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Drizzle of RAW Pure Blossom Honey

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
2. In a large bowl, grate the apples.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the components are well incorporated.
4. On a large baking tray lined with baking paper, spread the ingredients as evenly as possible.
5. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes to cook the granola evenly.
6. Once it is fully baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool down.
7. Finally, you are ready to serve the granola with yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
