RAW Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic vinegar
Lemon juice
Chopped parsley
Grated garlic
Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Pitted olives
Grated vegan parmesan
Smoked paprika
Sea salt
1. In a wide plate, drizzle your desired amount of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
2. Next add in the rest of your toppings and mix together. This recipe is open to a lot of freedom to change toppings but we used parsley, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, pitted olives, grated vegan parmesan, smoked paprika and sea salt.
3. Serve with crusty toasted bread for swirling in the loaded olive oil. Enjoy!
