1 or 2 slices of brown sourdough bread
3 tbsp RAW Classic Crunch Sauerkraut
1⁄2 ripe avocado, sliced
Sprinkle of nutritional yeast
Splash of RAW Apple Cider Vinegar
Drizzle of RAW Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle of gomasio, optional
Sprinkle of sea salt on avocado, if needed
1. Toast the sourdough.
2. Top with sauerkraut as a base, then add the remaining ingredients on top and enjoy!
