Serves 1
1 slice of wholegrain bread, toasted
1 tbsp of hummus
1 tbsp RAW Fresh Sauerkraut - Feel The Heat
½ an avocado, sliced lengthways
Black sesame seeds (optional)
A handful of micro greens
1. Spread a thick layer of hummus on the toasted wholegrain bread.
2. Spoon the sauerkraut on top, followed by the sliced avocado, sesame seeds and micro greens.
3. Enjoy!
