Serves 6
60g almond flour
1 tbsp RAW Almond Butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Handful of dark chocolate chips
6 medjool dates
Sprinkle sea salt
1. To make the cookie dough mixture, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
2. Cut the dates in half slightly to remove the inner seed. Scoop the cookie dough into the dates to ensure they are stuffed.
3. Top your cookie dough dates with some melted chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt then you are ready to enjoy!
